Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced the programme with the objective of taking government schemes, development works, and public welfare initiatives closer to the people.

The Chief Minister directed all department secretaries and senior officials to prepare and implement detailed action plans according to a fixed schedule from the village level to the state level.

The programme is planned in connection with Telangana Formation Day on June 2, which the Chief Minister said should be celebrated as a festival of all four crore people of the state.

A review meeting was held at Dr B.R. Ambedkar State Secretariat with chief secretaries, secretaries, and senior officials. Government Advisor Vem Narender Reddy, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, DPG B. Shivadhar Reddy, and other officials attended the meeting.

He said a special logo should be designed for the Praja Palana Pragathi Pranalika, and a detailed schedule for the 99-day programme should be prepared. Regular reviews will be conducted, and progress will be personally monitored.

During the 99 days, all departments must ensure speedy file clearances and conduct cleanliness and sanitation drives in offices from the village level to the state level.

All departments were directed to implement e-office and digital governance systems and upgrade old servers to meet future data needs.

The Chief Minister said welfare schemes must reach all eligible beneficiaries, including Mahalaxmi, ration cards, Rs 500 gas cylinder scheme, free electricity up to 200 units, Aarogyasri, and Indiramma housing. Applications for ration cards will continue without interruption.

As part of the Telangana Rising vision, the state will be developed through Cure, Pure, and Rare zones, with focus on service sector growth, manufacturing zones, and the Future City project.

Officials were instructed to maintain complete data on regular, outsourcing, and contract employees, plan for permanent government buildings, and ensure that investment agreements translate into projects on the ground.
