Hyderabad,11.02.2026 : The Telangana Government has issued fresh transfer and posting orders for several senior IAS officers in a major administrative reshuffle aimed at improving governance efficiency and strengthening key departments across the state.
The orders were released through G.O.Rt.No.202 by the General Administration (SPL.A) Department, citing administrative exigencies.

Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash Posted as SCCL CMD
Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash (IAS 2002) has been transferred from the Social and Corporate Development Department and posted as Chairman & Managing Director, Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). She replaces Sri D. Krishna Bhaskar, who has been relieved from the additional charge.
Sabyasachi Ghosh Given Multiple Welfare Charges
Sri Sabyasachi Ghosh (IAS 1994) has been entrusted with additional responsibilities as:
- Special Chief Secretary – Scheduled Caste Development
- Commissioner – Scheduled Caste Development
He will also continue to handle Tribal Welfare and other welfare-related departments.
Finance and Planning Departments Reassigned
Sri Sandeep Kumar Sultania (IAS 1998), Principal Secretary, Finance, has been given Full Additional Charge of:
- Planning Department
- Executive Officer, Telangana Remote Sensing Applications Centre (TGRAC)
Rural Poverty & Panchayat Administration Changes
Ms. D. Divya (IAS 2010), Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), has been placed in FAC as Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, relieving Ms. Shruti Ojha from the role.
Municipal Administration Transfers
Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC)
Sri R.V. Karnan will continue as Commissioner.
Cyberabad Municipal Corporation
Smt. G. Srijana (IAS 2013) appointed as Commissioner.
Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation
Sri T. Vinay Krishna Reddy (IAS 2013) appointed as Commissioner.

Official Order
The reshuffle has been issued under the authority of Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao, in the name of the Governor of Telangana. Officials stated that the transfers are part of routine administrative measures to strengthen governance and streamline departmental functioning.
