The video gained over one million views before the influencer deleted the post from her main account.
The incident took place during the day when Shriyanshi was standing on a roadside with her friend to take pictures and shoot a reel for social media. She was wearing a full sleeved white top, black shorts and long black boots when the elderly woman approached her.
According to the video that circulated on social media, the elderly woman appeared upset and began scolding the influencer about her clothing while speaking in the local language. The woman continued lecturing her in a raised tone in the middle of the street.
