Employees Freely Express Problems

Panchayat secretaries, field assistants, and other staff shared their challenges with Minister Seethakka and senior officials, including MPDOs, DPOs, engineers, DRDO staff, and others. Key issues raised included promotions, transfers, office expenses, increments, and pending PRC matters. Employees also highlighted concerns such as ad hoc promotions, recognition of record assistants as junior assistants, gazetted status for grade panchayat secretaries, spouse transfers, and enhanced accident insurance for NREGA APOs.

They assured quick resolution of issues within their jurisdiction and promised to escalate policy-level matters to higher authorities.
