N on Wednesday reported of $962 billion for second quarter of 2027, up 18% from the previous quarter up 106 from a year ago, as demand for intelligence infrastructure continued to accelerate.

Data Center reached $89.0 billion, rising 117% over year, while Edge Computing revenue stood $7. billion, up 27% from same period last year.

The company, which reported results for the quarter ended July 26, 202, posted GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins of 75.0%. GAAP earnings per share were $2.46, and non-GAAP earnings per diluted share were $2.22.

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, said AI had reached an inflection point and that compute was now revenue. He said the AI infrastructure buildout was at full steam, with new AI labs and startups, multiple frontier labs scaling in parallel, and physical AI coming online. He added that the Vera Rubin platform, now in full production, was built for this moment.

During the quarter, NVIDIA returned approximately $26.0 billion to shareholders through share repurchases and cash dividends. The company had approximately $99.0 billion remaining under its share repurchase authorization at the end of the quarter. NVIDIA will pay its next quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on October 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 10, 2026.

For the third quarter of fiscal 2027, NVIDIA said it expects revenue of $108.0 billion, plus or minus 2%. The company said its outlook does not assume any Data Center compute revenue from China. GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins are expected to be 74.0%, plus or minus 50 basis points.

Among key announcements, NVIDIA said the Vera Rubin platform is ramping into full production with racks running at partners including CoreWeave, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Nebius. The company also announced strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to mobilize more than $500 billion of third-party capital for AI infrastructure buildout over time, subject to definitive agreements.

On the balance sheet, total assets rose to $320.3 billion as of July 26, 2026, from $206.8 billion in January 2026. Net income on a GAAP basis for the quarter was $59.7 billion, up 126% from a year earlier.
