Shiprocket IPO allotment has been finalised after the ₹1,617.48 crore initial public offering received overwhelming demand from investors. The company’s shares are scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Shiprocket IPO allotment status

Shiprocket’s IPO was subscribed 99.38 times during the three-day bidding period from August 12 to August 14. According to NSE data, investors placed bids for more than 938.52 crore shares against approximately 9.44 crore shares offered. The issue comprised a fresh issue of ₹885.50 crore and an offer for sale of ₹731.98 crore.
