According to police, Krishna married Rajeshwari in 2018 through a love marriage. The couple later moved to Chevella for livelihood and worked as manual laborers.

Despite initial harmony, problems began six months ago when Rajeshwari allegedly developed a relationship with a young man named Sarath.

Police revealed that Rajeshwari met Sarath through Instagram. Their online interaction slowly turned into an extramarital affair.

After Krishna came to know about the relationship, frequent arguments broke out between the couple. Neighbors reportedly heard quarrels at the house often.


Chevella Wife Kills Husband After Drunken Argument

On Thursday night, Krishna returned home in an intoxicated state. A heated argument broke out between him and Rajeshwari.

Later, after Krishna fell asleep, Rajeshwari allegedly called her boyfriend Sarath to the house. The two decided to kill Krishna to remove him from their lives.

According to the confession given to police, Rajeshwari and Sarath tied Krishna’s hands and legs while he was sleeping.

They then pressed a pillow against his face, blocking his breathing. Sarath also reportedly hit Krishna forcefully on the chest, leading to his death.

After the murder, Rajeshwari pretended to be unaware of the incident. On Friday morning, she rushed Krishna to a hospital claiming he was unresponsive.
