Srinivas further claimed that Rajender has been making baseless allegations against Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy out of jealousy and hatred. He accused Rajender of attempting to tarnish Reddy’s image through unfounded accusations, all in a bid to gain political mileage.

Communal Disharmony Allegations in Telangana

Addressing the media on Tuesday, Srinivas highlighted that Eatala Rajender’s recent actions seem driven by a singular agenda: to incite communal tension within Telangana, a state known for its peaceful coexistence among different communities. He criticized Rajender and BJP leaders for trying to create divisions along religious lines, warning that such efforts could threaten the unity and integrity of Telangana.

In a counterstatement, Rajender claimed that 15 teams were trained in Hyderabad as part of a conspiracy to incite hatred against the Hindu community. He mentioned the recent vandalism of the Muthyalamma temple in Secunderabad, suggesting that the culprits were part of one of these trained groups. Rajender alleged that these teams received training at Hotel Metropolis the day before the incident.

On October 21, Rajender also met with Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev, submitting a formal representation outlining the repeated incidents of communal tension that have occurred in recent months.

Public Appeal for Unity in Telangana

Srinivas called on the people of Telangana to reject divisive politics and stand united against any attempts to disrupt the state’s peaceful atmosphere. He urged the public to see through political strategies designed to exploit religious sentiments for electoral gains, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the state’s social harmony.

This political confrontation highlights the increasing tension between different factions as Telangana approaches a crucial phase in its political landscape.
