To acknowledge their contributions, the minister revealed that salary disbursement will now be handled directly by the Commissioner’s office rather than through the Gram Panchayat. This change aims to streamline the process and ensure timely payments.

Minister Seethakka advised DPOs to maintain friendly relations with their staff and conduct progress reviews every 15 days. She urged officials to treat their departments like family and work with dedication. The minister also commended the efforts of DPOs who have worked diligently despite challenges, encouraging them to take pride in their role in serving rural communities.
