Hyderabad, March,06,2026 : Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy congratulated candidates who cleared the UPSC Civil Services 2025 final results. He also highlighted the state government’s support for aspirants from economically weaker families.
Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy congratulated candidates who succeeded in the UPSC Civil Services 2025 results. He expressed happiness that several candidates from Telangana performed well in the national examination.
The Chief Minister said the state government is supporting civil services aspirants from poor families through the Rajiv Civils Abhaya Hastham scheme. The initiative aims to provide financial assistance to candidates preparing for the Civil Services examination.
Under this support programme, Singareni Collieries Company Limited provided financial assistance to candidates who appeared for the Civil Services Main examination. A total of 202 candidates who wrote the mains exam received financial support of one lakh rupees each.
According to official information, 51 candidates who received assistance under the Rajiv Civils Abhaya Hastham scheme were selected for the interview stage. The Chief Minister noted that the programme is intended to help talented candidates continue their preparation without financial pressure.
Among those who attended the interview stage, 20 candidates secured ranks in the final UPSC Civil Services 2025 results. They were declared successful in the final selection list released after the completion of all examination stages.
The Chief Minister congratulated all candidates from the state who cleared the Civil Services examination. He said their success reflects the dedication and effort of aspirants preparing for one of the country’s most competitive exams.
The Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission selects candidates for key administrative services of the Government of India. The selection process includes the preliminary examination, the mains examination and the interview stage.
The state government has been encouraging students from economically weaker backgrounds to pursue careers in the civil services. Officials said financial assistance and guidance programmes are being provided to help candidates prepare for the examination.
Authorities stated that support schemes like Rajiv Civils Abhaya Hastham are aimed at improving opportunities for deserving candidates and helping them continue their preparation for future examinations.
