Guguloth Shivaram Naik currently serves as the Sarpanch of Sarapaka Major Gram Panchayat, which falls under Burgampahad Mandal. He was earlier elected with a significant majority in the united Khammam district.
According to the information shared at the meeting, Shivaram Naik had contested as the Congress party and alliance candidate in the gram panchayat elections and secured the position of Sarpanch with the highest majority in the district.
The state-level meeting of the Sarpanches Association was held in Bhadrachalam on Tuesday. During the meeting, members of the association unanimously selected Shivaram Naik as the president of the organization.
Participants at the meeting acknowledged his leadership role as Sarapaka Sarpanch and his strong electoral mandate in the united Khammam district.
The election of the Sarpanches Association President was finalized during the gathering attended by representatives of several gram panchayats from the region.
Sarapaka is one of the major gram panchayats in Burgampahad Mandal. Shivaram Naik’s earlier victory as Sarpanch was recorded with one of the largest margins in the united Khammam district.
