Las Vegas,April 20, 2026: Brock Lesnar retired from WWE after losing to Oba Femi at WrestleMania 42 Night 2 on April 20, 2026. The veteran wrestler left his gear in the ring and shared an emotional moment with Paul Heyman.

The match between Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi was one of the headline bouts of WrestleMania 42 Night 2. Lesnar started strongly and controlled much of the contest, using his experience to dominate early phases.

Femi responded with powerful moves late in the match. Despite taking an F5, he recovered quickly and delivered a chokeslam followed by a powerbomb to secure the victory.

After the loss, Lesnar removed his wrestling gear and left it in the center of the ring. The crowd responded with chants of appreciation as he embraced his longtime manager Paul Heyman.

The moment indicated his retirement from WWE, marking the end of a long and successful career in the company.

The main event of Night 2 was scheduled to feature Roman Reigns facing CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship.

WrestleMania 42 Night 1 had already delivered notable moments, including the return of Paige and Cody Rhodes retaining the WWE Undisputed Championship against Randy Orton.

Lesnar’s retirement stands out as one of the most significant developments of the event, bringing an end to his in-ring career following the defeat.
