Revanth Reddy accused the Centre of acting as if Telangana is not part of a developed India. He expressed outrage over the lack of budget allocations to Telangana, stating that the central government only cares about votes and seats from Telangana, but not its development or self-respect.

Repeated Appeals Ignored

The Chief Minister lamented that despite visiting Delhi 14 times and submitting petitions for funds, no allocations were made for Telangana in the Union Budget. He mentioned that even after personally appealing to Prime Minister Modi and Union Ministers for justice and funds, there was no response or action taken.

Demand for Accountability

Revanth Reddy demanded that Union Minister Kishan Reddy, who is also the BJP President and a cabinet member in Narendra Modi’s government, should answer to the people of Telangana. He insisted that Kishan Reddy should take responsibility for the injustice done to Telangana, apologize to its people, and immediately resign from his position.

In conclusion, Revanth Reddy emphasized the need for accountability and fair treatment of Telangana in the Union Budget. He called for immediate action to address the grievances of the state and ensure its development is not neglected.
