Naidu directed officials to focus on emerging sectors including green ammonia, lithium batteries and robotics. Munoth Lithium Battery is set to invest ₹500 crore in Tirupati district, with an expected 240 jobs.

The Chief Minister also instructed officials to complete the remaining 37 MSME parks by September so that industrial parks are available across all 175 Assembly constituencies. He also called for wider implementation of the One Family-One Entrepreneur programme and asked officials to prepare plans for locating industries in rural areas.

On infrastructure, Naidu said proposed data centres in North Andhra would require 3.5 TMC of water and directed officials to address concerns over their water consumption. He said industries in Visakhapatnam would receive water through gravity flow from the Polavaram Left Canal.

The Chief Minister also directed officials to complete Moolapeta Port by December and strengthen road, rail and port connectivity, along with logistics, warehousing and cold-chain facilities, to support exports from Rayalaseema.
