Hyderabad, March,02,2026: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy will hold a key meeting with collectors from all districts on Monday at the Secretariat.

The day-long meeting is scheduled to begin at 9.30 am and continue until 6 pm.

The meeting will focus on the “Public Governance – Progress Plan,” a 99-day programme scheduled to be implemented from June 6 to June 12, according to official sources.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is expected to provide clear directions to district collectors and senior officials on the objectives, implementation strategy, and monitoring of the programme.

The discussions will cover administrative preparedness, coordination between departments, and timelines for execution at the district level. Officials said the meeting is intended to ensure uniform implementation across all districts.

The Chief Minister will review the roles and responsibilities of district administrations in delivering governance-related initiatives under the proposed plan. Collectors are expected to present inputs and clarify operational issues during the session.

Senior officials from key departments will also attend the meeting. The focus will be on strengthening service delivery, improving administrative efficiency, and tracking progress during the 99-day period.

Sources indicated that the Chief Minister will outline expectations from district collectors and set performance benchmarks linked to the Public Governance – Progress Plan.

The programme is aimed at coordinated action across departments, with district collectors playing a central role in implementation and reporting.

This meeting follows the government’s recent emphasis on structured planning and close monitoring of flagship initiatives at the district level.

After the meeting, district collectors are expected to convey the directions to field-level officials and begin preparatory work in their respective districts.

Further review meetings may be held during the implementation period to assess progress and address challenges, officials said.

The Public Governance – Progress Plan is expected to be rolled out as per the schedule discussed during the meeting.

Officials said detailed instructions and timelines will be communicated after the completion of the meeting.
