To attract young voters, Congress has promised a monthly stipend of ₹8,500 for trainees and a one-year apprenticeship program in government and private sectors. Additionally, the party plans to set up 100 Indira Canteens across Delhi, where meals will be available for just ₹5.

Speaking about the manifesto, Rajya Sabha MP Ajay Maken said that the Congress party has a strong record of fulfilling its promises in other states where it is in power. He assured that the same will be done in Delhi.
