New Delhi,April 02,2026: The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 5G SE was launched in India on April 2, 2026. The new smartphone targets budget buyers with a premium design and mid range specifications.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 5G SE features a 6.77 inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3200 nits. The display is designed to offer bright visuals and smooth scrolling.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor. It comes with a 108MP primary rear camera along with an 8MP secondary sensor. On the front, the phone includes a 20MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The smartphone is equipped with a 5520mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging. The phone also comes with IP66 resistance and durable glass for improved protection against dust and water.
In terms of design, the special edition model is available in a Cherry Red color with a gold frame finish. The company has positioned the SE variant as a special edition successor to the Note 14 SE.
The expected price of the device starts between Rs 19999 and Rs 21499 for the base variants. The smartphone will be available through Flipkart and Xiaomi sales channels in India.
The Redmi Note SE series is typically released as a special edition model with design changes and similar hardware to the main Note series devices. This launch continues that trend in the Redmi Note lineup.
