In his speech, Revanth Reddy criticized former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao for delaying the DSC notification, which prevented many aspiring teachers from securing jobs. He pointed out that under the previous government, the notification process took five years, but the new Congress government completed the recruitment process within 65 days.
